I am Priscilla Ménard, a residential and commercial real estate broker at RE/MAX PLUS. I specialize in condominiums, estates, single-family homes, and APH Select income properties. I am also an expert in buying and selling first homes. My goal is to guide you throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring you are satisfied with the most important transaction of your life.

I am passionate about my work and love helping people become homeowners to achieve financial freedom. With my market knowledge and experience, I am an invaluable asset to my clients. Since 2009, I have helped over 473 families realize their real estate dreams. I have also worked on a project of 70 condo units for sale with construction entrepreneurs, formed my own sales team, and completed several property renovation projects. I own a rental chalet in Estrie and have a full-time assistant who helps me provide the best service to my clients in terms of administration. For the past two years, I have been training a young broker named Alexandra Lebrun, a young mother always attentive to people’s needs.

I love creating bonds with my clients and invest myself fully in all my real estate transactions as if they were my own. I constantly stay on top of new market trends. I am skilled in negotiation and have the ability to solve complex problems.

My service area includes Montérégie and the South Shore of Montreal, including Chambly, Saint-Hubert, Carignan, Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, and Estrie.

I am a seasoned and persevering businesswoman. I grew up in Longueuil and know the South Shore of Montreal very well. I love working out and eating well. I studied as a naturopath and worked as a legal technician in a notary's office in the past. I undergo continuous training each quarter to stay up to date with new laws.
