I am Priscilla Ménard, a residential and commercial real estate broker at RE/MAX PLUS. I specialize in condominiums, estates, single-family homes, and income properties under the APH Select program. I am also an expert in buying and selling first homes. My goal is to guide you throughout the buying or selling process to ensure you are satisfied with the most important transaction of your life.

I am passionate about my work and love helping people become homeowners to achieve financial freedom. With my market knowledge and experience, I am an invaluable asset to my clients. Since 2009, I have helped over 473 families realize their real estate dreams. I have also worked on a project of 70 condo units for sale with construction entrepreneurs, formed my own sales team, and completed several property renovation projects. I own a rental chalet in Estrie and have a full-time assistant who helps me provide the best service to my clients in administration. For the past two years, I have been mentoring a young broker named Alexandra Lebrun, a young mother who is always attentive to people’s needs.

I love building connections with my clients and dedicate myself fully to every real estate transaction as if it were my own. I am constantly keeping up with new market trends. I am skilled in negotiation and capable of solving complex problems.

I am a seasoned and persistent businesswoman. I grew up in Longueuil and know the South Shore of Montreal very well. I enjoy working out and eating well, studied as a naturopath, and worked as a legal technician in a notary office in the past. I take continuous training every quarter to stay updated on new laws.

One thing my clients particularly appreciate about me is my availability and determination. I am always there for my clients from start to finish and never give up!

Before venturing into real estate, Alexandra studied at college and then entered the world of aesthetics. In 2020, her plans changed when she began her studies to become a real estate broker, the career of her dreams. She had no plan B; she was going to become a real estate broker at RE/MAX! She is now with her mentor Priscilla at RE/MAX Plus.

Outside of work, she finds balance between her career and family, inspiring her children with her dedication and ambition. Alexandra is a source of inspiration to those around her, demonstrating every day that anything is possible with determination and passion.
